How do I create an account?
Download TR Passport from the App Store, open the app, and follow the onboarding process. You'll need to provide your name, email, phone number, and create a profile photo.
How do I share my medical passport with a clinic?
Go to your profile in the app and tap on "Share via QR Code". The clinic can scan this code to view your treatment history and medical information securely.
Is my health data secure?
Yes! Your data is encrypted and stored on secure servers in Germany (EU), compliant with UK GDPR regulations. We never sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → scroll down and tap "Delete Account". You'll need to confirm by typing "DELETE". All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Can I add treatments from different clinics?
Yes! TR Passport is designed to store your complete aesthetic treatment history from any clinic worldwide. Simply add each treatment manually in the app.
What if I forget my password?
On the login screen, tap "Forgot Password" and enter your email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes.
Is the app available on Android?
Currently, TR Passport is available only on iOS (iPhone and iPad). Android version is planned for future release.
